Exchanges and Returns
I understand the challenges that come with online shopping and wondering how well your item will fit when you receive it! I want you to love your band and the company behind it. Therefore, because of that significant unknown factor I offer a Hassle-free exchange and return process!
Please read through the return, exchange and refund conditions below. You may submit your request by filling out our Returns Form. Upon approval you will be provided a return label and instructions for sending your item back. Please allow 24-48 hours for your approval.
If your band is not perfect, I will be happy to fix or replace it, free of charge! Unfortunately, I cannot repair bands that were purchased through a third party. Free Returns are only offered for US domestic orders, excluding shipments to military bases.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you would like to exchange your band for a different one you may do so within 30 days of receiving your item. I want you to have your perfect accessory! The item(s) must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition. Unfortunately, I cannot repair bands that were purchased through a third party. Refunds are available for 30 days after you receive your item. I will do my absolute best to help you to find you something you really love, but if you absolutely do not love it, You will receive a full refund. The item(s) must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition. All refunds are provided upon receipt of merchandise by The ClaraMae Collection. Free returns are only offered for US domestic orders, excluding shipments to military bases.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on Open Box, BB sale items, Ready to ships or gift cards. Please make sure the item you are selecting is a perfect match in color, design and size since all Open Box, BB and Ready to Ship sales are final.
